Edited the maximun wieght he could lift from 450 to 400, and instead of 600 pounds for the fight or flight situation, it's 500.

Talents: Dueling, anything pertaining to water (Swimming, boating, fishing, surfing, etc.), anything pertaining to money (he generally throws money at his problems, as he’s rich), plotting evil things, and being a jerk. He’s also fairly smart.

Weapon: A celestial bronze rapier with a very detailed and fancy hilt.

Flaws: Nigel cares little for others, only that of himself and his father. He views himself as higher than others, and criticizes everyone for being inferior to him. He doesn’t forgive easily. He’s also a coward on the inside, but his large mountains of money usually provide him with bodyguards.

Powers (must relate to god parent; optional): Nigel can manipulate water. At max he can make a very large wave, with a height of 13 feet and a width of three feet at it's base. He can do this two times a day. He can breathe underwater for as long as 1 hour without air. He can control boats when it's not a very big boat, a good sized yacht being the maximum, but only if he's on it. He controls the boats by moving the water, and can do this as long as he's not in a stronger current. He knows wherever he is on the ocean. He can also heal up to an one inch deep wound, as long as he is in contact with water for a long enough time.

Life before CHB: Nigel was born a year after Zachary was, but Anna for some reason put him up for adoption. There he was adopted by a very wealthy family and brought to England, where he was raised. He was very spoiled, and received everything he wanted. From here he read books and dueled other rich “friends” with his rapier, which was a gift to him from an unknown person. At the age of fourteen, he was attacked by a Minotaur, but at the time he was walking along the beach, so he was able to drown it. Nigel was told by a satyr that he was to go to Camp Half Blood, and grudgingly accepted.

“Very wise choice,” Nigel said, taking out of his overcoat pocket four 100 dollar bills.“One for each of you. You shall address me as Nigel. I will pay you monthly, as long as you do what I say, which generally won’t be a lot. I know your monkey brains wouldn’t be understand half of what I speak.” He nodded, eloquently eating his food.

Any notes about your characters: Although he may act like he has allies, he will always backstab them when he sees fit. He also always wears 17th century high class clothing, such as frilly cravats, expensive overcoats, three pointed hat with a feather in it and the like. He also has an expensive cane with an intricately designed sea serpent on it.

He can breath under water for as long as he wants. He can control the boat by moving the water, yes. Again, he can do that for as long as he wants too, unless the boat is in a stronger current. He can't get it out of whirlpool or anything.

I think you're going to need a limit for how long he can breathe underwater at a time.

Yes.

How many times a day can he control water in general?

As long as it's not too big of a thing, 10 times a day. And by too big of a thing I mean like making waves/small whirlpools, etc. If his max is a 13 foot wave two times a day, then I think doing those things he could do five of a day.

I assume he could mix his cup of tea with his powers without wasting a time to do his powers, though.
