Weight Room

Subject: Weight Room 3/16/2009, 8:46 pm

I walk in and went to a weight bench. On my way I grabbed thirty five pounds. I slide it onto the weight bar. I grabbed another thirty five and slide it onto the bar. The bar is fifteen so it's eighty five. Not much but it's normal for me.

I laid down onto the bench and lifted up the bar. I started counting every time lifting the bar with extra weights up and down.

i wipe the sweat off my forehead as i sat. That was my third seat of twenty. I felt tired my arms felt like they were going to fall off. I got up and walk out.

I walk in setting up my bench station up. I added a lot more weight this time. I added them up. One hundred and twenty. Again might not be much but i haven't been working out everyday for a while. I laid back and breath in and out slowly. Lifted the bar up and started to count how many time i could do it before getting tired.

I stood up once again arms almost numb. I stretch them out trying to get feeling in them.

I left to the showers. After that I went to the lunch area got me something to eat and then I went into a weird place.

I walk in and sigh in relief. it was empty good thing i don't like stares. I pick up 45's and slid them the bar. I'm going to try an max out, 5's add on each time, and two arm locks each.

i stop at 185 pounds i couldn't continue. My arms felt like jelly. I left the weights on the bar and left toward the showers.

I walked in. I sat down on the bench press and did at least 10 reps with a bar-bell. I look around and notice a lot of kids working out. I stand up and ask, "anyone wanna wrestle? come on! unless ur scared!"
