Powers(must relate to god parent): Creates lightning and thunder, can call some drawfs to his side, and can cause thunder storms.
Life Before CHB*: He lived alone with some drawfs when his mother died at age 8. He was found by a group of frost giants. The Drawfs gave him his hammer before they died to give him a chance to run. He ran over to the woods and hide until more monsters some even greater then the frost giants. He was found by a hero group and was brought back to camp.
RP Example*: Leif stood there, eating when he sees a fellow norse demi-god. "Hey, my brother is here." He gave a peice of his food to the demigod. "So how is battle practice? Hope the ares brood got thrashed." In his own way he like the ares folks. They gave him a good battle from time to time..
Any notes about your characters: He is a true norse. In his life he fought to live and thrive. Even bullies could not make him cry. His hammer/amulet has two seperate powers. Hammer form can channel his powers of thunder and lightning. Amulet from has the power of protection, the wearer has heal fast.

Thor isn't the ENTIRE god of weather.

No protection powers. These days, nobody needs them.

How can he create lightning and thunder?

To round this all up, how many times a day can he use his powers? (For dwarves, how many can he summon until he gets to the point of fainting?)

How fast does the wearer of the amulet heal?

No but he a god part of the weather.
You never now these day beside the CTF challanges.
His lightning comes from his hammer and him (His Natural ability to control that stuff)
He gets really weak when he uses more of his strenght each power usage (around 12 times before needing to rest. 4 Dwarves at the most.)
That Amulet heals minor wounds in minutes while major wounds hours or days.

PART. You can't change weather, because Thor only has partial control. I don't want to see your character making it hail when Thor's not god of ice. And he's not god of the harvest, either.

Nobody else has protection powers, mainly because it's god-mod.

How much lightning can he use a day, and how strong is it?

Yes he was the god of protecton and the one people pay with Shiva to grow crops.

Lightning is about 15 mildly strong ones. Ones knocking out giants.

Sorry, man, but protection is basically god-mod.

Thor doesn't control it all, and thus isn't THE weather god.

Well what leif can do is cloudy, rain, hail, lightning and thunder.

Thor is close to a weather god because their is none for norse. They thought it was frost giants and their magic.

Srsly. Thor is MAINLY known as the lightning and thunder(which is just a sound lightning makes) god.

No making it rain, hail, or cloudy.

(Zeus's kids can create lightning from their bodies, and so Leif can too.)

But Thor is really known as the god of lightning and protection. For when the Norse survive the winter, they would pray to thor because he known for The guardian of homesteads and of people.

He's known as the god of lightning/thunder. Not a lot of people know he's god of protection.

But srsly, if you want a weather god, look at the Egyptian god Set or something.

No thor did have some power to a thunder storm.

Then instead of putting "weather", put THUNDER STORM.

Life Before CHB*: Ran away when his mother tried to kill him. He later found a man called Leif and stayed for a while until some frost giants got to close. Charging with a Flute a dwarf made him he saw it true power and slayed them at the cost of losing Leif and his flute. He quikly found out who his parent is when a monster cheerfully quoted it. Finding out about an alliance of monsters, he head over to CHB.
RP Example*: Running to the hill with a few monsters behind me. I hate monsters but my flute was hit by a freeze spell. Curse those giants and there magics. I saw the dragon a few feet ahead and jumped past him. The monsters left but now to delver the news.
