Life before CHB: I grabbed my book bag. Today I had fencing practice so I grabbed my fencing sword. I ran out the door and down the street. I was going to be late to school again. Outside the door stood my best friend, Candice.
"Let's skip school today." she whispered as I walked up to her.
"No. Hey K.C. How was your weekend? Why do you want to skip?"
"I know this cool place in the country."
"Fine." I said turning around.
Candice is my only friend. Candice is an outcast too, like me. People tease her because she walks funny.
"Candice, where are we going?"
"Don't let your ADHD get control."
"Sorry my dislexic brain can't help."
We walked and walked for what felt like hours. I think we were going to make it to the tip of Long Island soon.
"What was that noice?" she asked me.
" IDK."
"Run up that hill."
"What?"
"Just do it. I have to protect you."
"O.K." I said over my shoulder as I ran."Come on!"
RP example: Candice ran right behind me. The I heard a thoud. She tripped. I turned around and saw Candice on the ground and a monster charging toward us. The monster was a empousaue. I remembered from my history book. They feed on human flesh. Candice must have hit her head on a rock because she didn't move. I moved her off to the side so she wouldn't get hurt. I thought quick and climbed the pine tree with the golden fleece on it. The drangon didn'y seem to mind me.
As the horrible empousaue charged at the tree I slashed at it with the fencing sword I was going to take to school. The fencing sword hit the empousaue's neck. The next thing I knew was there was green blood on my sword and I smelled sulfur. I jumped out of the tree. Candice was waking up. I helped her walk to the edge of the hill. Below was a meadow full of pavilions and cabins.
Any notes about your characters: She is a know it all. She tends to get distracted a lot. |

Life before CHB:When I was a little kid my mom got a great job where she works all the time and she gets paid a lot of money. At school I had very few friends, if you can call friends people who call you names. When I get home from school I usually play draw my dreams or take naps. I always had the wierdest dreams. And sometimes when I would walk past someone they'd fall asleep. Finally when I was 10, I asked my mom if she could stay home with me and play but she said no and went to work. I was tired of it so I packed my bags and left.
RP example: I was eatting lunch with some friends, when a Ares kid walked up to us and dumped syrup on K.C. Well it made me mad. I stood up and punched him in the mouth. He swung at me but I ducked. I kicked him in a bad spot and he dropped to the ground. "Never do that again."
"O.K.' he said in pain.
Any notes about your characters: He is tough but can be a good friend. He is funny and is extremely good a sword fighting.

| OOC: He can stay in a dream for as long as 1 hour when he's not asleep (daydreaming). And he can't go into anyones dream only close friends. |

Powers(must relate to god parent): can sing people to sleep with her beautiful singing. She can use it once a day and they stay asleep for up to 25 minutes and they can resist but most of the time they can't.
Life Before CHB*: When I was a little girl my mother cared about me so much she would risk her life for me. One day, when I was 8 years old, we were walking down the street when a strange man walked up to us. He was about 10 feet tall but none seemed to notice. I thought he was a mean giant. It turns out I was right. He tried to grab me but my mother stepped in the way. He grabbed her by mistake. He threw her down the street. I ran past him as fast as I could. He was right on my heals. My mom said when I was scared to sing, so that's what I did. I sang. The giant fell asleep. I knelt down next to my mom and the last thing she said was, "I love you."
I cried and cried. Finally a woman took me to an orphanage. I hated it there so I ran away.
RP Example*: I was walking down the street to find some place to stay after I ran away. I thought I might find a farm so I walked down a farm road. I heard something behind me and when I turned around a huge bull man stood there. I decided I didn't want to find out what he wanted so I ran. I found a hill with a tree so I ran toward it. I got to the crest of the hill and turned around. I started singing. As soon as I did the monster fell asleep. I ran to the vally below and found a big farm house.
Any notes about your characters: She thinks she's perfect. She was an orphan at 8 years old till she found CHB. She is a very good archer and singer.
