| I walked into Wyatt's Cabin and asked, "Wyatt, are you in there?"
After noticing his absence I quickly wrote him a note:
Wyatt, I need to tell you something. Something happened in the forest, but I don't know what. All I know is.... Elizabelle is dead. I'm so sorry. Meet me at the funeral Pyre if you get this. Liane
Tears were coming from my eyes bye the time I was done. I forced myself to go back to the pyre. ________________ Jazmine/Hades Veshtov/Hecate Marcus/Apollo Ellie/Aceso Toph/Geb Zayden/Anubis Antony/Minerva(3rd) Kelli/Chione Jacqueline/Hecate Carter/unclaimed Gabriel/Adikia

| I enter my cabin and go to my bunk. I read a note, though I notice it was from a long time ago. I furrow my brow, trying to delve in my empty memory on who Elizabelle and Liane were. I sigh and put the note in my pocket. I take off my shoes and get into bed. Though here were many things whizzing around my head, it didn't take me long to go unconscious. |

| Wyatt rustled uncomfortably in his sleep, sensing a familiar presence nearby. Being in two years of intense fighting and traveling, not to mention the other five initial years by himself, meeting Fang in the middle of his survival, living in the wilderness, he had developed a heightened 'sixth' sense Long with his other excellent senses. He felt uneasy when someone unknown was close, but remained unconscious due to a need of rest. |

| I turn my back to him and start investigating the cabin, checking every part of it. Ew...how can he live here? Such greek idiocricy in this place. I cringe slightly at the thought of having to sleep here. I look up at the ceiling, my stance giving my a guyish look. |

| Wyatt continued to sleep with slight disturbance, yet still didn't wake. He was dreaming of one time when he and Drake were traveling through a small Canadian town, suddenly being ambushed by several hyperborean giants. The blue skinned beasts were no match for the duo and were sent back to the underworld to regenerate once more after a mere five minutes of combat. The two of them were used to imminent fights like this by the time, and were expert monster hunters and combatants.
Thorn, Wyatt's manticore, shadow traveled in the Ares cabin after a midnight hunting spree. Noticing Lila in a suspicious looking giddup, Thorn growled in a suppressed voice, not wanting to wake up its master. Still not realizing who the invader was, it rose its spiked tail threateningly and bent its fore and hind legs, ready to pounce. |

| She turned quickly, her toned senses catching a small growl. She see's herself face to face, ewll nearly, with a manticore. Staring into its eyes, hers begin to sparkle intensly with the insanity inside her. She hisses at the beast, showing that a threat is a threat, and she'll return the favor. Yet she's also using this as a greeting to the beast. If this thing attacks me, thought Lila, then I will have no choice but to attack back, weither Wyatt will hate me or not. |

| Thorn's snout curled into what seemed to be a smirk, letting it's sharp fangs protrude outwards. Without a moments hesitation, the manticore flicked its tail with lightning-fast speed, letting it hurtle in Lila's direction. But rather than aim at the demigod intruder, Thorn directed the spike slightly to the left of her. The projectile past her and kept going until it hit the base of Wyatt's bunk, sending vibrations throughout the bed.
This cause Wyatt to suddenly be woken up by his slumber and sit straight up in alarm. He looked around quickly and noticed two forms in the dark- his pet manticore and a black clothed body between them. He naturally reached in his pocket and gripped his lighter, ready to take out the opponent; he then realized the invader had short, white hair. Last time he checked, he only knew one person at camp with white hair. He whispered, "Turn around."
Thorn grinned when his master was awakened and spoke. It was still alert and cautious around the unknown person, but it circled around her, going to its bed laid out on the other side of Wyatt's bunk. |

| She turns quickly at the sound of Wyatts voice. Staring him down she stands there, unknowing what to do. Will he be mad at her, or will he let her stay? She starts to prepair herself for yelling, screaming even. She doesn't know new Wyatt's temper, not like she knew it before he left. It could have changed, gotten worse or better, she won't know...not until he reacts. Her eyes start to calm just at the sight of the boy, though, because of her initial longing too see him. His alert, ready stance is enough to bring a small smile to her face. Though he may not be the same, in her mind, he's still Wyatt, and he's still adorable. |

| Wyatt rose an eyebrow when the figure turned around and confirmed his suspicions. His grip on Inferno lessened, and he let his hand slip out from his pocket. He looked her up and down, noticing the dark colored outfit she was wearing, wondering why'd she be sneaking around in that garb. More importantly why would she be sneaking around his bunk. He sighed deeply and asked in a non-defensive tone, "Okay, why are you here in the middle of the night in my cabin?" Wyatt wanted to get some sleep tonight so he could be up and ready tomorrow morning for some pet and owner monster hunting synchronization with Thorn, but he doubted he'd be able to do that now. He checked the clock on his bedside table, and it read 3:29 am. He sighed again and looked back at Lila, expecting an answer. Thorn had already fallen into a light slumber.

| She drops to her knees beside his bunk and looks up at him. A smile plays on her lips as she thinks off all the bull s*** lies she could tell him.
"Death in your sleep...sounds right doesn't it?" She asks slyly. Before she can catch his reaction she cracks up laughing and falls back. She looks up at him and smiles brightly. She stands and looks around the cabin, still laughing slightly and wondering if she should tell him the truth. She decides on the truth.
"For one, I'm not tired...for another reason, I wanted to see you asleep..." Her face turns an unmistakeable red, even if it is a bit dim. "I dind't want to be elft alone. I didn't want to leave you alone...and I dunno. I just didn't like my cabin at the moment and have always wondered what yours looks like..." She whispers, gauzing around again. Finally her eyes settle back on him and she gives him a questioning look. Does he believe her truth? |

| Wyatt rolled his eyes in bitter amusement from her first comment. As she continued talking and looking around his cabin, he leaned back on the wall. He notices Lila's face get red and couldn't help but mentally smirk behind his indifferent look. After she's done talking, he replied, "Well neither of us are alone anymore, and welcome to cabin five."
Wyatt was still a bit tired but didn't dare consider going back to sleep with Lila around. He sighed and looked around, finding himself staring at Thorn. He and his pet were going to practice this morning, but instead, Wyatt decided on something new. Looking back to Lila, he asked, "So Lila, what would you say you and me go for a bit of after-curfew monster hunting in the forest? Seeing as I can't seem to go back to sleep, I might as well do something productive."
Wyatt had a sly smile on his face, wondering what her response would be. Either way, he'd go without her, but since he couldn't seem to shake the demigoddess off, it could provide a fun activity for them. If your definition of fun was risking your behind in the middle of the night chasing beasts. As he waited for her to answer, Wyatt got up from his bed and started putting on his shoes already. |

| She taps her chin and looks at him. Is his question anything but...an invitation? Deciding that, this being Wyatt, it couldn't possibly be anything but a friendly invitation, nods lightly. "Sounds lovely..." She whispers indeferently. Alone in the woods with him, it's almost everything she wants at the moment and lvoes. Night, Wyatt, alone, nature...what could be more? Her answers are resting in the back of her mind. Well, one should say her 'answer' because the simple word, the name tugs at her subconcious...she still misses Drake. |

| Wyatt stood up after tying his shoes. He scrutinized Lila, considering if she was actually fit for it. He remembered when she was throwing up rather sickly the first or second time he saw her. He decided to put the issue up front with her. "You sure you want to? You won't get sick in the middle of the chase, right?" He asked as his brows furrowed. He didn't want her cancer to act up, especially in the middle of the monster filled forest. "We'll be heading for the Southern Forest, so we'll be quite a distance away from the infirmary or cabins." |

| She opens her mouth to say something then clsoes it quickly, shaking her head. "No Wyatt...I'm not sure at all. Actually I have no clue..." Her happiness has severely gone down with him reminding Lila about her illness. It is able to be seen in stance, face, eyes...even, if you listen hard enough, in voice. Shaking it off, or trying to, she gives him a light smile, "I can still go...unless you want me to stay here..." Her voice is quiet and barely controlled. Oh, how she hates her illness, the weakness...the inability to have anything she loves without it ripping them away from her or getting torn apart from her. |

| Wyatt could sense the sadness not only from her posture and voice, but within her. The empathy link emphasized their emotions, sometimes so strong that it radiated from them to one another. She had a sad, blue aura around her after he had mentioned her sickness. He frowned, scolding himself for not being more tactful shot it. He walked close to Lila, looking down at her and whispered, "Don't worry, you can still go. I'm just wondering. I'll make sure nothing hurts you and keep you safe. It's my job, remember?" He smiled slightly at her. He was getting used to Lila and was warming up to her presence a little. Also, he didn't want her to be so downcasted. It didn't seem right for her to be. Not while under his protection. Though he was still, for the most part, indifferent about who she is or what she does, Wyatt still had a job to fulfill and he didn't want her to be miserable while he was around to do it. |

| She looks up at him, his smile warming her cold, sad body. "Thanks Wyatt..." she whispers to him, her voice completely grateful. She can tell he doesn't want her upset, but it's for a whole different reason than she wishes it was. She starts to wish that Drake were here, or that she had never met him. If that had happened, then maybe one day she ouwl have been together with Wyatt, happy...but if it wasn't for Drake she never would have been happy. She knows this, there's no other way to say it. Reaching up to him on her toes she lightly brushes her lips against his like he did underwater all those many months ago, "Again, thanks...come on....let's go?" Lila asks, turning her back to him and surveying the cabin again like she didn't do anything wrong. |

| Wyatt stood there for a moment, phased by what just happened. Though he didn't kiss back, it still felt nice, familiar even. But now, his mind was jumbled up and his thoughts were all over the place just beached of her single action. He has an objective to keep and make sure to succeed in, and anything between like that would endanger those chances to get it over with without many problems. Remembering the empathy link was there and that it could allow one to read the thoughts and emotions, Wyatt blocked her mentally, not wanting to make her to see what was going on his head. "Uh, yeah. I'll lead." He replied in his regular, gruff tone again. He needed to re-establish that indifferent personality he was in the beginning. A thought came to him and he decided to talk to Deake about it after he and Lila separated after their hunt. |

| "Then lead on." She whispers in a monotone voice. She looks back at him then to his manticore, she vagelly remembers it getting called Thorn or Thunder or...something with a th sound. "On one condition. I get to bring Fenrir." She hastily adds in a thretening voice as she turns to face Wyatt again. Staring him down she narrows her eyes, will he say yes or no? He's going to have to get over it soon enough, she knows, or she won't let him protect her. And she knows he will stop at nothing to protect her, because, siply, it's his orders. |

| ooc: oh fail, I forgot to say he already left -_- Now it looks like I'm posting him in more than one place lol... After this post, he's on the Southern Woods' Monster Hunting topic
Wyatt sighed and waved his hand in an uncaring fashion. "Fine, bring him if you want. Thorn's already asleep, so I wasn't going to bring him along, though he'll be shadowhounding towards us whenever I whistle for help, if it's needed." He explained and looked back to his pet. It's been a little over a year when he first tamed the manticore. He first me it abandoned and still a young pup, even unable to shoot missiles out of its previously small and fuzzy tail. He smiled at the memory, but soon snapped back into reality. He nodded towards Lila and said, "I'll be waiting at the edge of the Southern Forest while you get your hellhound." And with that, Wyatt left the cabin. |

| Deciding she liked the thought of being alone with Wyatt more than with Fenrir and wyatt, she smiles, making her decision. She clearly remembers the day Wyatt gave her the hound. The forest, she found them there...Wyatt and two others plus three hellhound pups. Wyatt had smiled at her and said he wanted her to have him, that his name was Fenrir...the name had brought a bright smile to her face. Lila walks out to the southern forest happily. |
