I sit beside her at the edge and turn slightly towards her. I brush a few locks blocking her pretty face. I tried to look into her gorgeous, ruby eyes for what seemed like the last time I would. Because after this moment, I'd have to tell her the truth... She'd hate me for breaking my promise probably. I wouldn't blame her... I sighed and smiled weakly at her. Telling myself to not say it, just a few more minutes of peaceful silence...

I break eye contact for what seemed forever, but in reality, it was only a couple minutes. I wish I could just stay with her like before, silently being in each other's presence. That was enough for me to be happy... But now, things wouldn't ever be the same again. I sigh and take a deep breathe. I look down as I breathe and then look back at her. "Juliet, I have something to tell you..." I whisper.

I have a pained look, struggling on whether to tell her or not. In the end, of course I would have to. I sigh again, relenting my guilty conscious. "I broke my promise, Juliet... I... kissed Blaise..." I say quietly in an ashamed tone. I looked down, hating myself.

I don't react to her when she wraps her arms around me. I just keep looking down. I didn't even know why she was hugging me... I thought she'd be hating my very being for betraying her... I was getting even more confused now, but I couldn't help but smile slightly. It felt comforting that she was still willing to hug me, even if I didn't know the reason.

I frown, that was a shock. It felt like my heart broke a little hearing that from her. I sigh. I guess I have no reason to fight about it without being a hipocrite. I'm just relieved that I let that out of my chance. I couldn't hide anything from her. No. She needs to know everything about me if I were to show her that I truly did love her. I sigh and return her hug, closing my eyes again. "I'm so sorry..." I whisper.

You don't need a horrible, untrustworthy boyfriend like me... I should just go before I hurt you anymore..." I say to her quietly. I was practically ripping my own heart before she would.

"Sure, but why?" I ask. Not that I didn't want to go, it just seemed weird that we were going out of camp all of a sudden. Especially since we came from Manhattan just a while ago.
