I grab my stuff off my bunk, so happy that I was just claimed. I walk out and run to the Apollo Cabin.

I walk in behind Nicole

"This is the unclaimed cabin. you'll be here until your god parent claims you. it should be soon." i say and smile sadly over at him.

" Cool I guess" I say

i nod. "most people know their god parent when they get here. but the unlucky few don't" i say and look around.

I look at my feet

"i'm sorry. trust me. i know your dad cares about you. sure they aren't there to be at every school play but they care." i say and look over at him.

" Lets go somewhere else" I say

"okay. how about the mess hall?" i ask him.

" Sure" I say

"okay" i say and walk out.
