PD: If my history is related with a place that exist, but the history is from my imagination, it's a Fanfiction?

Uhm no it's only a fanfiction if it's based off something like a story or video game, or something to that avail, or involves characters, places, or plots from things like that...If it's based on a place it's not fanfiction unless it's a place like CHB that doesn't exist in real life...Like if it's Olympus; Not a fanfic. Hades: Not a fanfic. Hell:Not a fanfic. Heaven: Not a fanfic. You'll get it more as people comment on stories and help you.

But Fanfic...Emphasis on the FAN.

As in if your character read the book, then no. Burble it's something like "on our way to the beach we passed a place with a sign that said camp half blood" then that's not yours and I'd say it's not original. If you take things from other peoples work to use I'm your story then it's not original.

Fanfiction. If it involves other peoples work in any way shape or form that isn't something like your character READING the book and talking about it with others who he wants to read it or who have read it, it's gonna be some form of fanfiction.

If it has other peoples work in it, such as halfbloods, it's fanfiction, depending. There are halfbloods in greek mythology, so it may not be. But if they're from Camp half blood or camp jupiter, then it is. Do you get it?

what if you're narrating a movie or an episode and somewhat turn it into a story, is that a fanfic?

If it's an actual movie/episode of some real TV series, then it's a fanfic.
