PostSubject: Finbar's bunk   October 13th 2010, 10:59 pm

I saunter in and drop my backpack on an empty bunk. I sit beside it, feeling the new bed. It was complete with three pillows, a comforter, and twin sized matress. I look around and notice a familiar dufflebag on a bed across the cabin. I grin. So he's a Norse kid, too? I get up and out of Cabin 19, finding something else to do and getting used to the new atmosphere around here.

I stroll in, and decide to take a nap. I couldn't go to sleep right away, though. I heard Darcy's here, too. I start to wonder if that means trouble or not for Andrew. Blah, how many has he had? 6 girlfriends? I wonder if they'll get together again. It'll be interesting to watch, at least. I chuckle to myself. I start to think back home, remembering how my parents wanted me to go to boarding school in Nigeria. Yeah right, like I'm gonna go back now. I like it here. Well, at least everything but the Hyperborean giant part. That was enough excitement to last a week. I sigh, wondering if I'll ever get that nap now that my mind was racing with random thoughts again. Unknowingly, my brain just decided to shut down and I slept peacefully.

I wake up after a short power nap. Rubbing my eyes and stretching, I yawn/growl like a bear. I feel a little drowsy and shake my head, trying to lose the initial grogginess. I get in a sitting position and look around. Still no one around. I shrug and toss the blanket off me. I get up, thudding with each step as I head out the door.

Finbar entered the Cabin Twenty-Six and went to straight to his bunk. It felt like he hadn't been here for over a year. Being very sleepy, he toppled carelessly onto his bed and slept with an obnoxiously loud snore.

Finbar woke up, still half-drowsy. He left, looking for something to do.
