Life Before CHB*: My father died when I was very young and I was forced into the system. I always had the knowledge that I was meant for greater things. Not long after I turned 13, I ran from the foster family I was with and headed north from Nashville. I found CHB after a year of sleeping under bridges and fighting for food. Life before CHB was about fighting monsters and staying alive.
RP Example*: Outside of DC I found that I was being followed. I had covered my tracks pretty easily. I used the gifts I had always had. But then an anger so fierce nearly knocked me to my knees. I turned and pulled my knife only to find shadows. When the creature materialized it was large with sharp claws. I lunged thinking it was him or me and he evaporated.
