How would you "manipulate" people by singing? What would they do, and how many times can she do it a day? How long does it last?

So like, you can only command people to do stupid things like make sandwitches once a day and that is all? And so like once they made the sandwitch they would be out of your control?

Doesnt have to be "make a sandwich." it can be anything small, and as long as she has the energy she can keep them in control.
