Life before CHB*: After her older sister, grew up Dr. Chase, had another child with Athena. Before Victoria was born, her whole family moved to England and raised her there. After being constantly abused by her step-mother behind her father's back, Victoria ran away from home as a monster ate her step-mother.
RP Example*: I was sitting on my bed listining to the My Chemical Reaction album when my step-mom burst in my room, closed and locked the door, then started beating on me. All of a sudden a fury burst through my window and started attacking my step-mom. I took that as my only chance, so I climbed out of the window, was met by Grover, and led to CHB.
