Hey, people, I just wanted to make a suggestion. How about a "Staff Application" forum? to apply for a cbox mod you must have: Have 500 post count. have 2 reputation and have been active for at least a Month.
then for Moderator you must Have: 1000 post count. 4 reputation and been a CBox mod for a month at least.
Feel free to suggest something else you need.

They did have that in the old days of CHB, I remember it. Except, they don't have that any more probably because so many people would want to apply and the admins couldn't keep up.

We use to have a staff application forum. The admins took it off for their own reasons and now they hand choose the staffs.

The 1 quest thing would have been extremely hard anyway. Not everyone buys them and even then it takes forever and ever to get down to your name on the list.

Hmm, yeah, I'll take the quests off but they should at least have a Topic somewhere stating what you need to have to be eligible to be picked by an Admin.

But most of us already know what you have to do. If you look at the ones picked, they're all older members who know how the site works and they try and help new members when they come to them and ask questions. Basically it's just be a good member and don't get in trouble and you could have eligibility.

True. but that "trouble" Part, would it count to getting yelled at as trouble? or does it only account for rule breaking?

But, yeah, i guess i'll wait to see what an admin thinks of it. it's their decision in the end... >_>

Used to have staff apps, Danny didn't think it was a good idea, he reasoned with me and another admin (either Chris or Kristal), we agreed to take it off.

It was because two of the admins don't normally get on often enough to know who's who, who does what, etc. So, basically, they'll just vote yes because it seems like a person is trustworthy on their form, but anybody can put anything down on an internet form.
