I dunno. White people could be Ministry Of Magic workers. Or people who have already graduated from Hogwarts, and are doing other jobs now. Like Charlie and Bill. It would be better than all three of those choices xD

There are too many whites to be ghosts of Hogwarts unless a million other people got murderered (ohoho). Ministry workers, perhaps, but I doubt it due to the, ah, maturity levels for 95% of the members. Graduated students.... I just.... Well, no. Again, due to maturity levels. (I know the Weasley twins didn't act "mature", but they were mature enough to set up a shop. A joke shop, but yeah.)

You'd think the members would act more mature like rule-followers if they're to be considered Ministry workers or graduated people.

i thought by the colors you meant like leaders of the houses so maybe it doesnt have to exact cause there could be more then one house leader
