1:No famous charries that have been minorly altered. No famous charries except cannons.
2:Piper would be a cannon character, meaning you have to like apply/ask for her from an admin.

Yes, as they said just change her a little bit. Change her last name, add 2 more flaws, change her personality, explain her power, Add an RP example, and make your life before cHB correct.
