Carter looked around and wondered where that other guy went. He pressed the hilt of his dagger and it returned to it's original ring state, the jewel on the hilt resembling that of the on on the ring. He slipped it on his middle finger and sat on the ground.

I looked at him Grinning."Awesome." I said excitingly. I summoned my sword which appeared in a bright light. I lunged at him trying to stab under the ribs.

Carter looked up at the sounds of metal clashing. It was a familiar sound that reminded him of home a little bit, which made him sad. It reminded Carter of his two brothers practicing and training with him and always winning. In the past, he had hated always being beat by his brothers, but truly he missed his family, even if he felt like somewhat of an outcast.

I managed to doge barely and swiped my sword at his hand.

"Thanks. You too." I Jumped at him even though I was out of breath too. I slashed my sword down hoping to give him a large cut for letting his guard down.

Carter looked back up at the two boys fighting. The age and experience difference was painfully obvious to him. The older boy should win. Easily.
