Avery had easily found the Hepaestus cabin. It was large with massive chimneys. She had flopped on the first empty bunk she saw, and was now laying on her stomach silently in it. The metal frame around the bed was painted black and the mattress underneath her had dark grey sheets and a maroon comforter. Her bag of clothes, her long Celestial bronze sword, and her bow and quiver full of arrows were stashed under her bed carefully. A deep sigh escaped Avery's lips. She had been running around in the woods for years now. Sleeping in a bed would take some getting used to. A wave of exhaustion hit her suddenly, as if she hadn't slept in the two years she was away from home. 'Or not,' she thought as she slipped into slumber.
