| I walked in, and practiced fire shields. I practice making little mini fireballs, and threw them at a dummy. Before wasting too much energy, I went to sit. After I got nice and calm, I left looking for something else to do. |

| I leaned off the staff when she asked what it was. "Oh, this? It's mainly to help me with my powers. Whenever I'm tired, I can use this staff to suck up some energy from the ground, because I can control Earth. See these hooks here at the bottom of the staff?" I said and turned it upside down.
