He was doing pre college for cosmetics and beauty, untell some goat like guy came and took him to camp half blood, Now as his life went on he adapted to the camp. though hes been at camp for a while some people still havent met him... or just dont like him

Mhm.... Usually the people who can resist are people who are more intelligent/have high will power. If only people who know him well can resist then basically you've basically got the entire camp under the persuasion. Which would make many people unhappy.

i was going to us the years people have been at camp to understand if they would know me (example i would see age in signature or ask them), and im clearly not a fighter charater.

i wouldnt have camp under persuasion, because people would know me, i would have arived at camp when i was 13, so some people will know me, and he wont use his powers much unless he has too, or he doesnt like the person, hes very social so if he dont like someone it would have to be someone really really mean.

So, basically, just the people you post with normally would know him and be able to resist.

It's still going to be people with stronger wills who will manage to resist. Pretty much established with any charming-powers.

Life Before CHB*:Axel was a child of the poor south African area, not only was he living in an unstable country he was by himself scavenging to survive untill an adoptive service came and took him to america. Kim was nice at first but in the end he emotionally abused him, mocking him,calling him names, and hardly feeding him. This happened untill he ran away by himself at age 14. After some years he ran to camp and is there now for his first week.
