My first character so tell me what you think ^.^

Pets: Fang, 6 month old gray wolf pup

Talents: Football, fencing, basketball, great close combat fighting, quieter and more intelligent than other Ares kids, protective and caring for his comrades

Skills: Impressive strength, not surprising due to his parentage, able to hold his zweihander in one hand easily; Superbly agile, fast, and stealthy

Weapon**: Inferno, his celestial bronze zweihander (two handed sword), the blade turns aflame if he says φωτιά ("fire" in Greek); changes to a lighter when not being used (doesn't smoke though lol)



Flaws: rushes into battle without thinking (instinct overrides his common sense and intellect in most situations), archery, kind of shy and hard to earn his trust

Powers(must relate to god parent): can summon up to 5 birds of Ares, arrow shooting avians that protect the Amazonian shrine of Ares, for up to an hour; must recharge for up to 12 minutes per bird summoned per hour; uses mind to control the birds' actions, but the things like accuracy of arrows and flight speed are dependent on the birds themselves

Life Before CHB*: Wyatt lived with his mom in San Diego, CA until he was 11 years old. He was walking home from school when a man in a black leather jacket and shades walked up to him, gave him a gleaming bronze dagger, and said,"Here kid, you're gonna need this...in about 5 seconds." Wyatt looked at the dagger confused, and looked up, seeing the man gone like the wind. Turning around, he sees his first monster...a hellhound. After defeating the beast, he knew his life would never be the same.

RP Example*: I don't need this right now, I thought to myself as I was charging the manticore who just came out of nowhere. I click my lighter making Inferno, my zweihander, appear in my hands. I wield my swod and hold my stance as the manticore pounces over my burning horse. At the last second, I quickly side step out of the way and chop off the manticore's spiked tail. It growls in pain, but before it can turn to face me again, I create a huge gash on its side, making the monster explode in a flurry of golden dust.

Any notes about your characters: After fighting the hell hound, Wyatt was found by a satyr the next day. He found out who his father was, said his goodbyes to his mom, and went across the country to Camp Half Blood. He lives as a year rounder, but visits his mother for Christmas and her birthday on March 18th.

How strong is he?

Um, he can bench press 220 pounds in one time, but can do 3 reps of 10 benching 130 and 50 lb dumbbells on each arm.

Is that a bit much? I just checked the average person and increased it a bit because he's a son of Ares and all...

Around 220 is more acceptable.

Life Before CHB*:Yoshi was a quiet boy, always doing his chores, homework, and following the rules. He knew that following the rules was the only way to keep from being retaliated upon by others. When he was 10 years old, his mother was visiting his dad, and he finally saw her for the first time after school. She explained that it was time he went to CHB and that it would be a long journey that he, and he alone, would have to reach. With that, she gave him 2 Katars of Retribution and a Kusarigama of Revenge to help him in his endeavor.
RP Example*: Ugh, their must be at least a dozen of them... I thought. I wanted to avoid this whole predicament but nooooo, that stupid branch had to be right there.*sigh* I ran into an alleyway, and of course, it was a dead end. Turning to my chasers, my gloves changed to twin katars, and I bolted forward. I surprised the pack long enough to slash two of the closest hellhounds. I stabbed another. I did this without losing my momentum, and I jumped on the head of the biggest hellhound. I leaped towards the wall and began to wall jump back and forth from the walls, upwards. Thank the gods these alleyways are so narrow I bound silently onto the Manhattan apartment roofs and look down on my would be attackers. Let them try to follow me now. I smirked and ran towards the adjacent roof and leaped into the foggy night.
Any notes about your characters:He hates when people underestimate him. He'll let them think they're winning the fight, but towards the end, he'll quickly change tactics and gain the upperhand.

What does flying have to do with Nemesis? and waht is...Hubris?

Oh, well I saw a bunch of statues of Nemesis and they all had her depicted with wings. And hubris is over arrogance of something of the like against the gods. It was Annabeth's greatest weakness in the series and I looked it up and Nemesis governs hubris as well as balance, judgement, and the like. I could change it or lower the power of the ability if it seems too strong.

How drastically?

He can sense everything around him, um, twice as sharp? He has a sudden burst of energy letting him move faster and more agile 1.5 times quicker, and it dies down after a couple minutes after the battle is over. Oh, and if he gets hurt himself, he fights more tenaciously, to try and deal the same or more damage to the opponent(s).

Doesin't this seem a bit like... godmoding? Seriously, if you get hurt; you slow down. Because of anger... That just makes you reckless.... just sayin

Lol, well I suppose he still can't see them no matter how good his eyesight gets. But he can here their footsteps, breathing, weapons swinging, etc. So he's aware where they are roughly at. If it's a ghost, than I suppose he can't hurt them, but if it's someone wearing an invisible cap, than yea, he can still fight them with a decent chance.

If it seems too much of a power, could you help me pick one out please? I can't really think of any good ones right now, but I really want a son of Nemesis because it sounds cool, at least to me xD
