It lasts for 5 minutes and she can do it three times a day. It's in their head so her victim immediately feel scared when she uses her power.

They are very real, I mean, if the victim has experienced it before, they will think it is happening again, but if they have never seen pain like that before, it will be a 7 on the scale.
