| Miranda-I look over at all the kids having fun with their friends.I sigh wishing I had friends to.I make a bright vibrant vine of white roses about 4 feet tall and throw them in the ocean.I watch the petals depart and form a snowflake looking thing.I smile...flowers always made me happy. |

| Miranda-I sing a chant and make the petals fly and circle around the whole beach as they get close to the fire the fall in and burn,making the fire rise then fall again. |

I looked at Devan. "You could say that." I scrunched up my nose. "I'm just not a huge fan of being the daughter of beauty. I want to be recognized for something other than how I look. Besides, if she's a god, she could have helped our family when we needed her." I sighed. "It's just a lot to take in." I said. I looked over at Belle.
I stood up and reached out my hand. "Hi, I'm Belle." I said.
I stared at the hand for a few moments then reached out and took it. "Bex." I said coolly. If this was the girl who had hurt Jake so badly, I wanted her to know I didn't like her.
I could tell she wasn't feeling too affectionate towards me, and I nodded my head awkwardly. |
