Grace's Bunk

Subject: Grace's Bunk 12/25/2011, 11:26 pm

I walk in, Pick a bunk in the corner, and dropped my gymnastics bag on it. I sigh, hands on hips. I look around. "Can't believe this is happening!" I was half excited, and half scared that monsters would attack, even though they usually can't go through the boundaries. In my bag was some books, a couple changes of clothes, and my iPod. I walk back out, going to the deadly forest. I rubbed my special emerald ring.

I enter, which Elphis was excited about. Elphis is my barn owl. "Hello Elphis," I hold out my arm and he flies and lands on my arm. I sigh. I was tired. I fed him, and he perches on my bunk and eats. "I am going to bed." I crawl into my bed and fall asleep. But before I did, "Goodnight Elphis."

I wake up. It was only seven pm! I wasn't tired anymore. I decide to go practice my flute. I fix my hair, and try to make myself look decent, and leave with my flute..

I walk in, and change into some sweatpants and a gray t-shirt. I go feed Elphis, and I go to bed. I turn on my iPod, plug in my head phones, and put on the song, "Safe & Sound" by Taylor Swift. I actually did feel safe and sound now. I fall asleep in the middle of the song. I usually reveal my secrets when I fall asleep.

"Finnick...So nice...sweet." I say in my sleep. "Alex...No." I wake up, bolting up. I somehow knew I was sharing secrets in my sleep, but I didn't know what they were. I get up, and pet Elphis, who tilts his head confused. He didn't understand what I was murmuring in my sleep. There was a mouse tweaking around the cabin, and Elphis flew over, grabbed it, and bit it's neck, killing it. He started to eat. I do my hair, straightening it today, and put some mascara. I cleaned my faced before this. I change into a blouse with pink flowers with lime green leaves, and skinny jeans. I decide to wear my short uggs again. I leave, looking to make some more friends.

I run in. I know what I'm going to do today! Something an Aphrodite girl would never do, skateboarding! I take a pair of blue skinny jeans, my purple, blue, and green Osiris shoes, and a baby blue long sleeved shiirt. I grab my skateboard and go. Just like old, times.

I run in, throw my old clothes and Uggs onto my bunk, and leave, ready to skate.

Atyer an hour and a half, I come back in, and set my skateboard aside. I was sweaty, so I grab a drink of water, and an energy bar so I could go practice gymastics. I grab some short black shorts, and a green tank top, and change in the bathroom. Then I leave.

I went into my bunk, grab a new pair of jean shorts, and a white loose blouse. I go to the bathroom and change, then come back. I put my hair in a loose bun, my bangs hanging around. I put my ha d to my eyes and rub them. I was tired, but I didn't want to sleep.

"Maybe, I didn't want to give it to you?" I said, a bit irritated. I guess my mood was because of Prince and how stupid he was. Elphis the barn owl flew onto my extended arm. I give him a mouse I found under my bunk, and he eats it raw. Elphis purrs. He was beautiful, that owl.

I sigh, I didn't want to be rude. I saved my anger for someone else. "I'm Grace. Obviously an Aphrodite girl." I said the last sentence in a mocking tone, like it was a shame to be one.

"It makes me look weak. That I'm crazy about boys. Right now, my mother would expect me to go lovey dovey with you since you're in jere. I hate eyeliner and all those crap, really." I say, in a disgusted tone.

I restrain my self from laughing "I'n no fan of your mom either" I sit next to her "But I take it she not the reason your angry?"

"Nope," I growled. I wasn't angry with my mother, I was angry that I was her daughter, that she was the goddess of love and sh*t. I calmed my self down, by fiddling with my ring. It seemed to make me happy with the emerald gem. "And I'm not going to tell you, so don't ask." I say, crossing my arms, looking away, as I sat down on my bunk. That stupid idiot, Prince, he was. He didn't know how to handle a girl. What he did in the courtyard wasn't okay, since I've only met him five minutes after that... Kiss he made! Sure, being an Aphrodite girl I'm suppose to accept it and play along, but I didn't hook up with strangers. That's what I taught myself. I was smart. Really smart. I didn't even want to think of the Rite of Passage, let alone do it.
