Life Before CHB: She lived with her mother who abused her and blamed her for making her dad leave. She ran away, but some police caught her. They took her to an orphanage when they found out that she ran away because of her abusive mother. She ran away again. Then, she found a satyr, and he took her to Camp Half-Blood.
RP Example: As soon as I saw that woman in the orphanage, I knew that the orphanage would be horrible. The police had told me that her name was Ms. Patton and that she took care of everything in the orphanage. Ms. Patton didn't say anything to me and took me to a room that I would be sharing with two other girls. I walked into the room feeling her beady black eyes staring at me and pretended to look around the room. I was actually looking for windows or any other exit I could use to run away. Hearing the door close, I started planning my escape.
