His mom decided that it was high time to send him to Camp Half Blood and there he is now.

How many times a day can he use his fire powers? How hot is his fire? Most powerful thing he can do with it?

He can only use it once or twice during the day. And can only keep it up for up to five to ten minuets. It is pretty hot. And can either kill you or like burn you up if applied for the said five to ten minutes... but it sucks the energy from him and after he uses it he becomes very weak and venerable. So he only uses it when necessary, and in small and fast amounts. If he does it too much he will faint for up to a week.

So... it can kill someone after being applied for 10 minutes?

Like, when he lights it. How much can he make at once? Can he light up something the size of a campfire?

[Restrictions] Kelly can't soothe more than two or three people depending on the severity of their hurt. She cannot heal anyone just sooth their pain. SO if you break your leg she can make it feel better and make it so you can walk on it without fainting. But When she does things like that she gets faint and can't even walk for about ten minutes, after that it takes about three hours for her to feel back to herself.

On her third birthday her older step-brother died in a car crash. Four years later when she was seven her father found a puppy and gave it to her for her seventh birthday. She named it Zoe, meaning life. Two years later their family immigrated to the united states and finally settled in Shorts-ville New York. When she was ten she ran away from home because she just couldn't stand her step-brothers teasing any more. She made it to Long Island where she went to a night school and hid from her parents. There was a really weird kid in her school, they were good friends because they were both misfits. Kelly and him became even better friends then Seven days ago her life started going wacko, it was her thirteenth birthday, a creepy guy tried to kidnap her and her best friend hit him in the face with one of his crutches. After that her friend took her away. They spent five days on the run and then they made it to a strawberry farm. Kelly thought he was crazy but went along with him. They made it into Camp Half Blood just in time but her friend got really hurt.
