So, I'm in the high school play Hamlet. And one of the kids had to drop out because of health issues, so the director gave her part to me. It's a really big part and the deadline for memorizing is in two weeks.

I need advise for memorizing.

Help!

My mom always told me this:

You do not need to memorize word per word, Just memorize the thought and if ever you forget some, Just fill in with your own words. You can do that because you understood what it said.

Try it. It worked for me a lot of times.
