Life before CHB: Ben lived in a small town on the coast of Massachusetts, where he lived with only his father. He attended a normal middle school where he was hated by his strange math teacher. he had few friends, one of which was named Jakob, a quick, nervous boy. Jakob was actually a satyr, and sensed that the math teacher was a monster and quickly escorted Ben to Camp Half Blood. He was claimed by Chione soon after. He has only been at camp for a week.

It was a bit odd, but i wasnt about to argue with a teacher. I followed, and an evil grin crept on to her face. Suddenly, a black, poisoned spike shot at me. I was prepared, i deflected the spike with my sword... SWORD?! Where had that came from?! My red haired friend Jakob appeared and pulled me out the back door. "Where are you taking me?" I yelled, my terror increasing. "Camp Half-Blood." he replied solemnly.

He can't use his powers when he is tired, sick, weak, or hot.Other than that he can use his powers all of the time. He can freeze things and create snow. If snow is already present, he can control it.

Ok, he can use his powers 4 times per day. The biggest thing he could freeze would be about 3 feet by 3 feet. He could create a very small snowstorm and he has cryokinesis, the ability to manipulate ice and snow.

It takes a lot of energy to create a blizzard, but if he managed to keep it going, the snow could get up to 1 1/2 ft.
The snowstorm could cause 9 inches.
The snowstrom is only big enough to cover a cabin. The blizzard could probably cover 1 fourth of the camp.

I think 1/4 of camp is a bit much. We usually allow blizzards to cover up to the size of the cabins' area or such.

The flame is approximately the size of a softball at maximum. At minimum about the size of a marble.

whatever you think is a good temperature because I have no idea.

He can to this 4-8 times depending on the size. 4 times being the biggest flame, 8 times being the smallest.

He uses the fire for light, warmth, and to light other things on fire.

We normally allow around 300-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
