Flaws: much to loyal to her friends, makes enemies far too easily, and would do anything for her puppy.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): Can make plants grow faster, can destroy weeds and remove bugs from plants. But she can only will a plant to grow or weeds to die or bugs to evacuate the plants for five minutes at a time and it takes her two hours to fully recuperate from the fatigue.
Life Before CHB*: Phoebe's father Harold adored her when she was born. He was of noble birth and owned a fairly large estate with large fields surrounding it. Phoebe grew up in a happy surrounding, her dad loved her and she loved her dad. On Phoebe's sixth birthday her father announced that he would be marrying again so that Phoebe could have a mother. Three months later the wedding took place. Phoebe's mother was plump pretty looking woman with one daughter of her own. Phoebe and her step-sister became best friends and stayed best friends until Phoebe was eleven. Her father announced that they were going on a trip to new york city. Of course Phoebe and her step-sister were really excited they made it there and then her father told her she was going to go to a summer camp. Her step-sister said she was going to go too but Phoebe's father said that would be far too impossible. So her step-sister vowed never to talk to her again and Phoebe burst into tears. Her father and mother escorted her to the strawberry farm and left her there to fend for herself as a new Demi-god in a strange new place.
RP Example*: Phoebe murmured to the flower on the windowsill and and it began to grow and bloom. Within five minutes it was a small bush with a lot of flowers on it. She sat down on her bed and stared at the flower breathing in the fresh perfume like scent of the beautiful blossom. Digging in her back she brought out one of those limited picture cameras and flashed three or four pictures of it. Then she put it away and took a deep breath. Laying down on her pillow she closed her eyes and dreamed of a wheat field endless and beautiful.

Yes. She isn't very powerful. But if she concentrates very hard she can make roots from trees grow around peoples ankles.

Flaws: She is deathly afraid of being more than ten feet underground, She absolutely hates sons and daughters of Poseidon, Zeus, and Hades, She hates children of Hephaestus who have the gift of fire also, and she detests most sea creatures. She also really is very scared of heat and detests going to the campfire and sing along.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): Zoe can freeze patches of water two and a half feet by two and a half feet. Also when there is Northern wind blowing she can use that to give herself power. But she can only do this three to four times a day, and it takes her two to four hours to recuperate depending on how hard she works.
Life Before CHB*: Zoe led the typical life of a young half blood. Kicked out of school after school. Diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia. Zoe was born near Yamoth in Nova Scotia. It was pretty cold up there and perfect for a child like her. This was their seventh home, and on Zoe's tenth birthday the world ended for her. Monsters attacked their house on the beach and Zoe and her mother ran for their small rowboat. Zoe made it there unharmed... but her mother got hurt. Zoe even though you was fairly strong and she managed to row them down the beach where there was a port. Her mother was not poor and withdrew six hundred dollars from her bank account. With five hundred she bought Zoe a steamer ticket to New York, and she gave Zoe the other hundred to fray expenses she said that there would be someone at the dock to meet her and take her to safety. When she got to the docks there were two people there waiting for her. A monster, and a sayter. She almost went with the monster but something stabbed it in the back with something and it disintegrated. Scared and shaken Zoe fainted right there on the docks and when she woke up she was in the Infirmary at Camp Half Blood. There she lived for these seven years and has been mostly happy ever since.
RP Example*: Zoe looked down at her hands they were red with the heat. Stepping back from the fire she looked around, she had to get away... the fire was hurting her. Stumbling backwards she tripped over someone but she didn't look to see who it was. Turning she ran for the lake. Because today it was fairly cold and the lake would cool her down. Putting her hands into the lake she sighed and took her hands out. They looked completely fine... but the lake did not. Two feet around where she had put her hands were solid ice.
