Can make people see images of death,thus psychologically freaking them out. People who have not seen anybody die before cannot be affected. Ray can only make up till 50 images in a day(in a thread,no. of images possible=no. of users in the thread x3). The images last for a post. Anybody with a strong mind cannot be affected. People with a thirst for violence(children of bellona,ares etc.) will be affected a bit more. The highest possible effect is to make the person resort to tears,so he won't be able to take part in the battle for atleast two posts.(posts of the user been affected)Other possible effects are to shock the person for one post,or reduce his speed of attacking.
Life Before CHB*:Ray was always the 'loner' of denver,as he knew that the moment he got angry,the person whom he would fight with would see images of death. And Ray got angry a lot. Sure,he had learnt how to control it now,but he would always be a freak in the eyes of others. Only his mother was the one who loved him,even though she would be injured by the stones thrown on her. Ray couldn't bear it any long,so he took off into the night,learning how to survive on the streets. Many strange happenings took place,things that Ray could not explain. He even met monsters of some kind,whom he would have to kill,otherwise they would kill him.He finally made his way to a hill in new york,as someone had told him he would find a safe haven over there. That hill was known as Half-Blood hill.
RP Example*:Thump, Thump, Thump. The sounds of his pursuer's feet kept getting louder,indicating that he was getting closer. Ray executed a perfect kong vault over a rail,dropped around 15 ft,and rolled safely to continue running,but he would have to goad about it later,as he was being followed by something that was calling itself Brian,and looked like a cyclops. Ray knew that he would hit the main road now,and would have to make it safely to the hill on the other side. it didn't help much that there wasn't much urban development here,but the darkness helped Ray to some extent. It would always help him,somehow bending around him to make him less visible. Another thing Ray couldn't explain. He raced across the road,jumping over a car,narrowly missing it,and ran up the hill. He turned back to see that the cyclops was already racing up the hill,moving incredibly fast for a huge one-eyed monster. Ray knew he had to end this monster right now,otherwise he would die. He channeled his energy to his finger tips,and they started glowing with dark energy. Another weird thing to make up my life,I wonder if the people inside have worse luck than mine..,thought Ray,as he waited for the cyclops to come in range. Ray ran up to this very big tree,jumped off and landed on the monster's face,kicking him. Then Ray touched the monster on the heart and let the energy flow,watching the monster crumble to dust. Ray tried walking to the tree,but in suddenly went out of focus,and his sight went pitch black. His last memories were remembering falling to the ground.

I'm pretty sure we limit the 'Able to kill any living thing by touching it' power to just animals and plants. If you do it to humans or satyrs or other demigods; it could be counted as power play, and not any fun.

When you say 'reanimate animals' does that mean he brings them back to life, or he brings them back as zombies?
I'm not sure if the power about inflicting pain on someone will be allowed, you'll have to have an admin look at it.

The killing ability can be used against monsters,giants and Titans/Gods,as I believe,because then it wouldn't be counted as PP. Nico di Angelo,Son Of Hades can 'kill' a person who is supposed to be dead,and according to Thanatos' power,his sons could kill monsters with their minds.

As for the torture ability,I think it can be used,as Thanatos was feared to bring suffering until Keres was formed :p. Ray cannot use it against giants,titans or gods,so even that cannot be used as a power play. Maybe I can restrict it to those having a weaker mind?

Unfortunately we can't allow the killing ability unless it's for small animals and plants. Being able to kill anything bigger than that either makes your character overpowered or a power player. (After all, gods and Titans are immortal.)

Hmm....

currently the maximum souls needed to replenish all of his energy is 20. And no,he needs to kill them first to absorb the souls. And if he's in the underworld,jackpot for him.

Oh,and can he make people see images in their head,of death? It won't be PP,and if the person(or object,whatever) has a strong enough mind to withstand this,he wouldn't be affected much. Others would freak out,or become depressed.

(Don't count on going to the underworld often. And if people summon dead things to fight against your character you'll need to ask them if you can send them back.)

Mhm. Image powers.... I don't know if we allow those anymore. If you want vision powers usually they go to kids of Phobos or Deimos.

uhm so exactly,it's like thanatos' aura produces that effect,while Ray can only project pictures of death(i.e people dying) and that too with a little bit of concentration.

they last for one post. he can make hundred per day,but the usage of them in a post is limited to the no. of people x3. Children of athena and hypnos don't get affected.

All people with strong minds need to be able to resist. And 100x per day is too much.

And Ray, most people will let you use this power on them. But if it's 50 times you might have to reduce the limits of some of your other powers.
