Powers: Cold windstorm that is 15 feet wide and long/wide that lasts 5 minutes and the winds are 15 miles per hour and he can only use it if someone he cares for is in danger. He can make mini wind tornados in his hand when hes bored though
Life Before CHB: Never knowing his father, Nathan lived in Maryland like any other kid. He wasn't a bully or one of the kids that's famouse for getting in trouble. He was an A-B student., but he never thought he would belonged in a group. It was just another summer with a normal summer hurricane. It didnt seem all that bad to him but his mother always acted strange during these storms. Nathan overheard his mother saying "Im sorry, i just cant let my son know about this" their was a strong wind" "No, I just cant" All of a sudden the storm was gone.

He needs to have a limit to number of times he can do it and how long, usually in minutes. It also needs to be a certain size. How strong is the wind in the storm?

Unfortunately no, if you mean to count it as your RP Example.

Put a separate section in your form for it and write things from your character's point of view. The last part of your Life Before CHB wouldn't really count as an RP Example.
