Thoth oversaw three major battles between people representing chaos and representing order,e.g. Horus and Set, and if one of the fighters was injured, he used to heal them?

Seeing as Thoth is god of magic, I'd consider this okay.

Worst wound she can heal? How many times a day can she use her powers?

I would put it at a couple major times a day before having to sleep from exhaustion (so after three major ones or five minor then she'd pass out), and nothing major without proper equipment and facilities. Nothing life threatening without help.

Define "major" and "minor."

major = splintered bones, deep cuts that should need stiches, things of that sort
minor = fairly shallow cuts, sprains, twisted ankles, things of that sort.

So what would the very worst wound be that she could heal?

Nothing life threatening (Of course she could HELP but she wouldn't be able to do much except keep them alive), deep cuts and very badly broken bones I would put at the top of what she can heal completely, and she'd need some kind of medical equipment for that.

How deep are the cuts, and when you mean badly broken do you mean shattered into a bunch of pieces of bone or what?

not so deep as to see bone, and nothing badly fragmented, I'd say if it's broken into more than three or four pieces then I wouldn't be able to heal it properly. X
