Powers(must relate to god parent; optional):Healing. Phoebe doesn't know of her power yet, but when she discovers them it will take a lot of her energy but once she can control it and trains, it wont take much of her energy: like if she's battling and she heals someone/herself she will still be able to keep fighting with no problem. But that will take a while. She can heal as much as she needs to but only if she needs to. The worst she can heal is a slash or a 1 inch deep cut. At first it'll take 3/5 energy. After Phoebe is well trained it will take 1/5 of her energy.
Life Before CHB*:Phoebe Grimmicks is like any other person, she goes to school, lives with her mom in an apartment and has freinds... or a friend. His name is Adam he's pretty shy, and quiet he has long jet black hair and its always standing up in the front corners. He walks weird like somethings wrong with him but Phoebe just doesn't want to bring it up and make him feel like he has to tell her. She goes to Virginia Prep, a private school she thinks its haunted, she always sees shadows and hears whispers that no one else can see or hear. She Lives with the most amazing mother ever, Abagail Grimmicks. Abagail married a man named John Dallas, they seem very happy but something to her seems fake like just an act. She's always wondered what ever happen to her real father. Abagail never changed her last name because she didn't want Phoebe to feel like she had to too. They never try to get her to talk about school because they know it can be hard when your dyslexic and you have ADHD. She came to Camp Half-Blood when both her parents went missing, the last thing her mother said to her is "i'll always find you. Listen to the ones you trust." the last time Phoebe saw her was when she said good night that night. Phoebe listened to the ones she trusted, Adam. He brought her to Camp Half-Blood when they were almost killed by Furies.

She needs a set limit to number of times per day, not just when she needs to.

he can freeze things 4 times a day he can freeze living things. he cant freze time. he can freeze a normal sized car. but hes not strong enough to freeze a suv yet.

that's a very good point, I think the older the tree the harder it is to freeze because it will be stronger unless it's a dying plant. if it's a 2 day old plant that would be way easier to freeze compared to a thousand year old plant. and there are no trees that are unfreezabke but somewill take time to freeze it just depends how old and strong the tree is and what kind it is.
