Life Before CHB*: lived in China and then the Dominican Republic and finally Massachusetts. There he became friends with another demigod Kendra(girlfriend) and a satyr named Ben. He played basketball on his middle school team. He had the high score in the 10th grade reading competition and wrote most of the school newspaper. He also led his own archery team.

RP Example*: One day I was walking through a park with Kendra (this is before we knew we were demigods), she started to say something to me but when she turned to look at me she got this confused look on her face and held up her hands to her eyes like she was staring at the sun. She said something along the lines of "Tide,why are you glowing?". I looked at myself, and sure enough I was shining brighter than Rudolph's nose, but I wasn't red. The entire left of the time we were there she kept looking at me all weird. I told my mom about this when I got back and she just burst out crying. She said "It's time." and then there was this weird thumping on the door. It freaked me out a little but my mom just said "Tide go get the door." At that point I was seriously confused but I went to open the door. I almost dropped my root beer can when I saw a my friend Ben standing there wearing looked like shag-carpet pants.

Any notes about your characters: Tide has a hard time making friends because he is always getting into fights, and when he does make friends it is usually in groups of three or four, five at the most. He enjoys card games, animes, and rock music.

Life Before CHB*: she was usually bored with her life until she met Tide(boyfriend) and Ben. Her father was a scientist and was very busy with his experiments so he didn't have much time for her. She worked part time at a salon. She also wrote a relationship advice column in the school newspaper. She easily wins any kind of election she was in, such as school secretary.

RP Example*: I'm just going to tell you now, Tide and I kind of got in a relationship because of a stupid dare. My friends knew I could be really, really persuasive. We were at some jerky girls party playing truth or dare and my best friend, or ex-best friend now, dared me to go ask him out. From the other girls expressions I could tell my face was bright pink (or just really red), but I did it. I knew that there was something weird about it because we always avoided each other in the halls because of a little accident in kinder garden with some ice-cream and a gallon of chocolate milk, but of course he said yes, although his dorky friend Ben started arguing with him, something about a STAR WARS marathon. The other girls didn't believe me "He and his dorky friend wouldn't miss a STAR WARS marathon for their lives." they said. But then they walked by arguing. It went something like "Dude, I'll record it!" "You can't just record a STAR WARS movie marathon!" If I record it we'll be able to fast forward the commercials!" "It doesn't have commercials!". At that one girl fainted on the spot. "Big mistake", said my ex-best friend snickered. Well then, best mistake I've ever made in my life.

Any notes about your characters: She loves animals and will do anything for her friends. She can be very jealous, if another girl so much as smiles at Tide she gets ready to fight her.

RP Example*: I ran across the street to Tide's house, sure I had some kind of blood thirsty nasty on my tail. I stole a look behind and as soon as I did, wham!, I ran into Tide's door with a thump. I heard talking inside and footsteps coming towards the door. It opened with a creak and I saw Tide standing there looking very confused. "Dude, are you wearing carpet pants again?", he said with a hint of teasing in his voice. "This is no time for sarcasm dude! We've got to go NOW!" "Go where?"he asked. That's Tide for you, always has to know all the information. I quickly explained about Camp Half-blood. "Woah, whoa, WHOA! Are you trying to tell me Dad was a GOD?" "Yes!" I said getting annoyed. "Now let's go! We still need to get Kendra!" And with that I sprinted into the woods, not giving Tide much choice but to follow.
