Miranda nodded at Sirius and kept looking at the man. She had her bow on her back with arrows in her bag. Just in case any monsters attacked them.

"I dunno, should we charge him or not?" Sirius asks Miranda, his hand on the sword that was hanging at his side.

"Not until he comes to attack us. I have a good feeling that he's a monster." Miranda replied. She still looked at the man. What was he? A Laestrygonian? Again?

'Okay.' Sirius says as he straightens his back up against the bench. He tries his best not to make eye contact with the man.

Miranda looked away and resisted the urge to look at the man. Any second now he probably would attack. We were demigods after all.

The monster decided it was the perfect chance to attack them. Since they were looking away.

Miranda had a eye staring at the monster and secretly tapped Sirius's foot with her foot.

Miranda mouthed. 'He's coming.' to Sirius as she turned away and slowly grabbed her bow.

The monster was still coming at them quietly.

Sirius nods towards Miranda. He puts his hand his sword's hilt. He waits as the man comes closer.

The man turned into a monster right before their eyes. Literally.

Miranda grabbed her bow and shot some arrows at him.

Sirius mutters a couple colorful words in Greek. Another Laestrygonian, great. He quickly takes his sword out of its sheath, and waits for the monster to make a move at him.

The monster lunged at the guy after the girl had hit him with a few arrows.

Miranda kept shooting the monster. She shot three arrows at him at the same time.

Sirius had fought many monsters when he was away, so this was particularly easy for him. He sidesteps behind it, and with a sigh, stabs the sword through the monsters back.

Miranda sat down as the monster fell down to the ground.

The monster faded away as if nothing was there.

"It is nothing, just boring now that I find it easy to kill monsters." Sirius sighs.

'Ok...' Sirius mutters, not exactly believing her. With a sigh, he puts his sword away, and looks around him, searching for any people who may have watched them. To his surprise though, they were alone. Odd.....

Miranda sighed quietly. "The question is, are you okay? You seem to be acting strange ever since you killed the monster."

"Yeah, I'm fine. It is just getting boring. I need more of a challenge." Sirius replies to her.
